Wayfinders were awarded the signage contract through a tendering process to address the signage in six Public Services Centres in County Donegal. The centres are dispersed throughout the county in Letterkenny, Millford, Carndonagh, Dungloe, Lifford & Donegal Town.

We undertook to survey each building to access the needs of each of the centres meeting with the individual stakeholders while adhering to the tender guidelines.

The main issues we needed to address along with the need to provide good effective signage were compliance with the Irish Legislation & provision of signage. This means addressing the needs of the blind & visually impaired through the use of good colour contrast, braille and tactile.
